Axiom Tech is a product brand under Fulltech Consulting Company Limited (Business Registration: 74220084), operating under company brand AI Catalyst HK (aicatalysthk.org). We provide bank-agnostic three-way reconciliation SaaS for Hong Kong SMEs, focused on the daily pain of matching POS, acquirer settlement, and bank deposit data.

Per DBS Hong Kong 2024 + 2025 merchant surveys, 41% of merchants identify daily reconciliation as their #1 operational pain point. For 2-5 location chains in F&B, retail, and beauty, this is acute — merchants spend 30+ hours per month manually reconciling, and errors persist. Axiom Tech delivers a 7am WhatsApp-delivered automated reconciliation report daily, eliminating manual reconciliation burden.

We are not bundled with any single acquirer or POS vendor. Axiom Tech ingests data via our Connector Library connecting Hong Kong major acquirers (QFPay, KPay, Global Payments, Yedpay, Stripe HK, etc.), POS systems (Eats365, Loyverse, etc.), and banks (HSBC, Hang Seng, BOCHK, etc.) to provide merchants an independent, neutral reconciliation layer. Merchants keep existing payment partners; we only normalize data into unified reports.

Franco So is the founder of Axiom Tech. With multi-year BD experience in Hong Kong payment industry, Franco has built relationships across acquirers, POS vendors, banks, and CPAs. Franco personally observed the reconciliation pain among Hong Kong SME merchants — an observation that drove Axiom Tech's creation.
