Terms of Service

Axiom Tech provides a bank-agnostic three-way reconciliation SaaS that ingests POS, acquirer, and bank data to generate daily reconciliation reports, delivered via WhatsApp or email, with optional sync to Xero or QuickBooks Online.

• The Service is billed monthly in advance via Stripe. • You may cancel your subscription at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. • No refunds are offered for partial months. • We will notify you of any pricing changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

The Service is currently in beta. During this period: • Features may change without prior notice. • Beta users may receive promotional pricing or free access at Axiom Tech's sole discretion. • Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments do not apply during the beta period. • We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain stable service but do not guarantee zero downtime.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability but do not provide explicit uptime guarantees. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.

• You retain full ownership of your transaction data. • We will not sell your data to third parties. • Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. • You may export or delete your data at any time. • Upon Service termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Axiom Tech provides reconciliation tooling and reports. Users remain solely responsible for verifying reconciliation accuracy, complying with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements. The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Reconciliation reports are provided "as is" for operational use only. Users should consult qualified professionals before relying on reconciliation reports for any financial, tax, or legal decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Axiom Tech's total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or HK$10,000, whichever is greater. • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, goodwill, or data. The above limitations do not apply in cases of: gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intellectual property infringement.

You agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information. • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service. • Maintain the security of your account credentials. • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may terminate your access to the Service if: • You breach these Terms. • Your payment is overdue by more than 14 days. • We discontinue the Service (with at least 60 days' prior notice). You may cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 2).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email, and the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
